Agent Fund is a rolling fund dedicated to investing and supporting startups building, deploying, and supporting autonomous agents and relevant infrastructure. The fund will cut $50k-$100k checks across a large number of autonomous agent startups to build a community, foster collaboration, and support them at scale.
Agent Fund will be run semi-autonomously leveraging AI across all aspects of the business from deal sourcing, selection, to portfolio management. We are calling the system semi-autonomous because we will still have people make key decisions, leveraging AI for all of the operations and data gathering.

Subscription Amount: $10k quarterly
Subscription Period: 4 quarter minimum
Management Fee: 2%
Carry: 20%
